Dynamax Beldum is here for Max Monday in Pokemon GO #pokemon #pokemongo #pogo #pokemoncommunity

Dynamax Beldum is back in Pokémon GO for Max Monday, and in this video we’re jumping into the featured Max Battles to see what this Steel and Psychic-type Pokémon has to offer! Beldum is appearing at Power Spots throughout Max Monday on Monday, August 10, 2026, giving Trainers another chance to catch Dynamax Beldum and hunt for the shiny.

Dynamax Beldum will be available from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM local time, with Power Spots refreshing more frequently and additional Power Spots appearing throughout the day. This makes Max Monday a great opportunity to get out and complete multiple Max Battles, collect Max Particles, and add more Dynamax Beldum to your Pokémon GO collection.

Beldum is a Steel and Psychic-type Pokémon, meaning it is weak to Ground, Ghost, Dark and Fire-type attacks. Dynamax Beldum appears as a Tier 3 Max Battle, but the good news is that it can be soloed if you have the right Pokémon and a strong enough team. If you are planning on taking on Beldum alone, choosing the right attackers, defenders and team composition can make a huge difference.

Some of the strongest attackers against Dynamax Beldum include Gigantamax Gengar, Gigantamax Cinderace, Gigantamax Grimmsnarl, Gigantamax Charizard, Dynamax Darmanitan and Dynamax Gengar. Gigantamax Gengar is one of the best attacking options for this Max Battle, making it a particularly useful Pokémon to bring if you are looking to defeat Dynamax Beldum quickly.

For Trainers who need a strong defender, Crowned Shield Zamazenta is one of the best options available. Dynamax Registeel, Dynamax Suicune, Dynamax Metagross, Dynamax Blastoise and Dynamax Corviknight can also be useful choices depending on your available Pokémon and team setup. Dynamax Blissey is a particularly strong healer option, with Dynamax Wailord, Dynamax Snorlax, Gigantamax Lapras and Dynamax Vaporeon also providing useful support.

If you are taking on Dynamax Beldum with other Trainers, remember that Max Battles can have up to four Trainers participating. A balanced team can include dedicated attackers, a defender and a healer. Having the right combination of Pokémon can help you survive longer, charge your Max Meter efficiently and deal significant damage during the Dynamax phase.

One of the most important things to remember in Max Battles is that your Fast Move determines the typing of your Max Attack. Building a team around fast charging Pokémon can help you reach the Dynamax phase more quickly, allowing you to swap into your strongest attacker and make the most of your Max Moves.

Dynamax Beldum is also worth paying attention to because Beldum evolves into Metang and eventually Metagross. Metagross has historically been one of the most desirable Pokémon for many Pokémon GO Trainers, especially because of its strong stats and usefulness in different areas of the game. Getting a good IV Dynamax Beldum now could therefore be valuable for your collection and future Max Battle teams.

And of course, there is always the shiny hunt! Shiny Beldum is one of the more recognisable shiny Pokémon in Pokémon GO, so Max Monday is another opportunity to try and find that rare shiny encounter. Whether you are looking for a shiny Beldum, a high IV Beldum, a 100% IV Beldum, or simply want to collect more Dynamax Pokémon, there is plenty of reason to participate.

In this Pokémon GO video, we take on Dynamax Beldum during Max Monday and see what encounters we can get. We’ll be looking at the battles, the catches, the IVs and whether we can get lucky with a shiny. Max Monday is a great way to build up your Dynamax collection while also preparing your Pokémon for future Max Battles.

If you are playing Pokémon GO Max Monday today, make sure you check your local Power Spots throughout the day. Beldum is only the featured Pokémon for this Max Monday window, so take advantage of the increased Power Spot activity while it is available.

Are you hunting for a shiny Dynamax Beldum? Are you going after a perfect 100% IV Beldum, or are you mainly collecting Dynamax Pokémon for your Pokédex and future battles? Let me know how your Max Monday went in the comments!
